St. Louis Union Station, a National Historic Landmark, is a former passenger train terminal in St. Louis, Missouri. Once the world's largest and busiest train station, it was converted in the early 1980s into a luxury hotel, shopping center, and entertainment complex. Today, it is one of the city's major tourist attractions.
The station opened on September 1, 1894, and was owned by the Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis. Designed by Theodore Link, it included three main areas: the Headhouse, the Midway and the 11.5-acre Train Shed. The headhouse originally housed a hotel, a restaurant, passenger waiting rooms and railroad ticketing offices. It featured a gold-leafed Grand Hall, Romanesque arches, a 65-foot barrel-vaulted ceiling and stained-glass windows. The clock tower is 280 feet high. Source

The largest shopping mall in the U.S. state of Connecticut and is one of the largest malls in New England. It is located off of Interstate 84 and U.S. Route 7 in the city of Danbury opposite the Danbury Municipal Airport.
In January 2007, the Danbury Fair Mall began the process of an interior renovation, which was completed in spring 2008. The mall received new lighting fixtures which replaced the original globe bulb lighting, new stone style floors which replaced the original tan, brown, and green tile floors, soft seating areas through-out the mall, new stained wood accents, and new paint. The Pier Shops at Caesars is a shopping mall located on the four-story Pier at Caesars on the Atlantic City Boardwalk adjacent to Caesars Atlantic City in Atlantic City, New Jersey via second-story skybridge, constructed by Perini Building Company of Framingham, Ma. The mall was formerly the Shops on Ocean One mall, originally the Million Dollar Pier.
The pier contains many upscale stores, like Gucci, Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton, Armani A/X, bebe and Burberry, and nine restaurants, including Philadelphia restaurateur Stephen Starr's Buddakan and The Continental, Boston restaurateur Patrick Lyons' Game On!, Trinity Pub & Carvery, and Sonsie, as well as Phillips Seafood of Baltimore. It also contains a wedding chapel.

With over 37 years of history and commitment to the City of Edmonton and south Edmonton Communities, Southgate Centre opened in 1970 with 65 stores and services. It was anchored by The Bay, Woodwards and Woodwards Food Floor. Southgate Centre was the largest shopping centre in Edmonton at the time.
Since then, Southgate Centre has evolved within the retail industry in Edmonton and has gone through numerous changes. It was expanded in 1982 doubling the size of the property, including the addition of roof top and decked parking and expanding the store count to over 130. In 1999 Southgate Centre underwent a further major renovation and redevelopment, which saw the Food Festival relocated and expanded, second level development, revitalised public spaces and a host of new and freshly renovated stores.
