Biltmore Square Mall is a shopping mall located just off I-26 on Brevard Road in Asheville, North Carolina. It has three anchors: Belk, Dillard's Clearance Center, and Steve and Barry's. In Summer 2008, Dillard's converted to a clearance center.
A new concept in movie theater and restaurants will be unveiled in the Biltmore Square Mall, serving food, beer and wine before and during the screening of films in the theater will be attempted. Source |

The Annapolis Mall (officially, Westfield Annapolis) is a shopping mall owned by The Westfield Group that is located near the junction of U.S. Route 50 and Interstate 97 in Annapolis, Maryland. Its major anchor stores include Borders Books and Music (formerly Garfinckel's), Macy's (formerly Hecht's), Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, Sears (formerly Montgomery Ward), JCPenney, and Bow Tie Cinemas (formerly Crown Theatres).
As of November 2007, the mall has completed an expansion of over 240,000 square feet that includes more than 60 additional stores, making the mall the largest in Anne Arundel County (surpassing Arundel Mills). Source |

Regency Square Mall is an enclosed regional shopping mall northeast of downtown Florence, Alabama. It is managed and owned by Hull Story Gibson Companies, and is home to nearly 61 specialty shops, 5 anchor store tenants, a food court, a 12-screen Carmike Cinema, and 2 outparcel tenants. Prior to Rouse Co.'s purchase of the mall in December 1997, The May Co. had committed to build an upscale Lord & Taylor store, with a new Strawbridge's as anchors to the mall. In addition a Guess store joined the mall, as an upscale retailer.
Nordstrom considered opening a store in South Jersey also, but they did not commit to the mall's expansion plans. In an attempt to protect the Cherry Hill Mall, a mere 3 miles (4.8 km) away, the Rouse Co. acquired the Moorestown Mall. Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust acquired the Cherry Hill Mall, Echelon Mall, Moorestown Mall, Exton Square, Plymouth Meeting Mall, and Gallery at Market East on March 7, 2003. Source |

Lethbridge Centre is a two storey enclosed regional multi use complex housing retail shopping, an 11 storey office tower, a professionnal galleria and a 6000 square foot Conference and Event Facility.
The centre is oriented in an easy/west direction and is anchored in the west by a two-storey department store that is wholly occupied by The Bay. The office tower adjoins the centre at the east end. The main retail level and office tower were built in 1975 with the second retail storey being completed in 1988. Today, Lethbridge Center boasts the tallest office building in the downtown core. Devonshire Mall opened August 12,1970. The area was previously the "Devonshire Raceway" in the earlier part of the 20th Century, until burning down in 1939.
