Bergen Town Center is an 816,000 square foot shopping center. It originally opened in November 1957 as an open-air center. It was then renovated and enclosed in 1973. In 2006 ground was broken for a major renovation that will position the Bergen Town Center as a premiere center in the northeast. Future tenants include Whole Foods, Target and others. Bergen Town Center is conveniently located in Paramus, NJ, which has the second-highest concentration of retail in the US, second only to Manhattan's 7th Avenue. Bergen Town Center is just off of Route 4 East at Forest Avenue and can be easily accessed from Route 17, the Garden State Parkway, the NJ Turnpike, the George Washington Bridge and the Lincoln Tunnel.

Considered the first successful adaptive re-use project in the country, was originally a chocolate factory established by Domenico “Domingo” Ghirardelli. The chocolate manufacturing operation was sold and transferred to San Leandro in the 1960s. Unique shops and restaurants were created within the old factory combining the latest in retailing and fine cuisine with the flavor of old San Francisco. The restoration project officially opened on November 29, 1964.
Today, Ghirardelli Square delights visitors with its lively retail mix, while maintaining Ghirardelli’s tradition as a trendsetter for the rest of the world. Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas is a 371,000-square-foot shopping mall located in Primm, Nevada, and owned by Primadonna Resorts. Its address is 32100 Las Vegas Boulevard South, just off Interstate 15 at the California state line, some 40 miles (64 km) southwest of Las Vegas. The mall has more than 100 stores and restaurants including Versace, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, and Last Call from Neiman Marcus.
A shuttle bus runs between the mall and Las Vegas.
The mall is divided into two themed courts; The Urban Court and the South Beach Court, and is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Fashion Outlets are connected to the Primm Valley Resort, and the Ford car in which Bonnie and Clyde were killed is on display between the mall and the resort's casino.

Opened in 1988, College Square is the only shopping mall in an eight-county area of East Tennessee. Cedar Hills Crossing has been in operation since 1969, and is located approximately at the intersection of SW Cedar Hills Boulevard and Jenkins Road. An underground chemical release at the site was discovered in the 1980s. Considerable analysis of this release, along with other on site environmental factors, has been conducted to provide for safety of mall patrons and area residents. At least through the period 1970 to 1990 (the interval when the release occurred) the center functioned in compliance with most local governmental standards for environmental regulation. Source

Dakota Square Mall is an enclosed shopping center in the city of Minot, North Dakota. The largest mall within 170 km, it includes four major anchor stores, over 70 smaller stores, a food court, and a nine-screen Carmike Cinema with stadium seating. It also includes local recruiting offices for the United States military.
One unusual feature of the mall is a Sleep Inn & Suites, which is directly attached to the mall itself. The hotel also features Splashdown Dakota Super Slides, a 24,000 square foot water park complex. Dakota Square is one of only a few shopping malls in the United States to feature an attached hotel.
