The Palisades Center, often referred to as the Palisades Mall, in West Nyack, New York is the twelfth largest Shopping Mall in the United States, and the second largest in the Tri State Area.
The mall has four levels, each of which is approximately the shape of a rectangle. Its anchor stores include Barnes & Noble, BJ's Wholesale Club, Macy's, Home Depot, JC Penney, Lord & Taylor, Staples, Best Buy, and Target. BJ's and Home Depot are not accessible from the mall itself. BJ's is on the bottom level, with Home Depot built on top of it and Target on top of that. The Staten Island Mall is a shopping mall in the Staten Island borough of New York City. The only indoor shopping mall in the borough, the mall is located in the New Springville neighborhood along a busy stretch of Richmond Avenue, which served as a courtyard for the Fresh Kills Landfill. Its location puts it near the geographic center of the island. It opened for business on August 9, 1973, built on a 105-acre site of what was once a semi-public airport. It is the largest retail center on the island and is the site of the island's second largest public transit hub after the St. George ferry terminal, with numerous bus routes that connect to the periphery of the mall area. Place d'Orléans is a large shopping mall in the eastern end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, in the community of Orléans. The property is about 756,300 square feet (70,262 m²). It currently holds three large department stores (SportChek, Zellers and The Bay) and about 175 small shops, including a food court. Other prominent shops included the Market Fresh grocery store (The company pulled out of Ontario, due to declining profits, on December 30, 2005, now Boathouse and Goodlife Fitness fill the vacated space), and, once the focus of the mall itself, the recently moved Wal-Mart. Lethbridge Centre is a two storey enclosed regional multi use complex housing retail shopping, an 11 storey office tower, a professionnal galleria and a 6000 square foot Conference and Event Facility.
The centre is oriented in an easy/west direction and is anchored in the west by a two-storey department store that is wholly occupied by The Bay. The office tower adjoins the centre at the east end.
The main retail level and office tower were built in 1975 with the second retail storey being completed in 1988.
Today, Lethbridge Center boasts the tallest office building in the downtown core.
