Dillard's opened at Willow Lawn in 1998, replacing the former Belk. This Dillard's did not last long, however, and was closed by 2004. The former Dillard's was soon replaced with Gold's Gym and Ross Dress For Less. Barnes & Noble, which opened in the 1990s, moved out in 2000 and was replaced with Staples.
Federal Realty began a renovation of the mall in 2005, taking a portion of the enclosed mall and returning it to an open-air strip. Also in 2005, Ben Franklin Crafts (which was formerly an outparcel) and K & G Fashion Superstore moved into the mall, the latter replacing most of the food court. Tower Records closed in 2006. The Pruneyard Shopping Center is a sprawling 250,000 square foot lifestyle shopping center located within a mixed use development in the City of Campbell, California. The Boynton Beach Mall is a one-story, enclosed shopping mall located in Boynton Beach, Florida. The Boynton Beach Mall features Macy’s, Dillards, JCPenney and Sears, along with over 135 specialty stores and eateries. It was built by the Edward J. Hamilton Place is an enclosed, two-story shopping mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was the largest shopping mall in the state of Tennessee when it opened in 1987. The original anchors were Belk, Hess's, Parisian, Proffitt's, Regal Cinemas and Sears. A JCPenney store was added later. Currently, Hamilton Place comprises more than 150 stores and restaurants. Current anchor stores include JCPenney, Sears, as well as two locations each for Belk and Dillard's. Regal Cinemas closed in late 2007 and will be replaced with a Barnes and Noble that will open in fall 2008. Hamilton Place Mall has also announced a $100 million expansion which will include two parking garages, a lifestyle center, and other renovations inside and outside the existing mall. To pay for the expansion, CBL proposes an additional half-percent to 1 percent fee added to any purchase made at the mall or at five other CBL centers within a one-mile radius of Hamilton Place, company officials said. The other locations are Gunbarrel Pointe, Hamilton Corner, Hamilton Crossing, The Shoppes at Hamilton Place and The Terrace. Source

Lethbridge Centre is a two storey enclosed regional multi use complex housing retail shopping, an 11 storey office tower, a professionnal galleria and a 6000 square foot Conference and Event Facility.
The centre is oriented in an easy/west direction and is anchored in the west by a two-storey department store that is wholly occupied by The Bay. The office tower adjoins the centre at the east end. The main retail level and office tower were built in 1975 with the second retail storey being completed in 1988. Today, Lethbridge Center boasts the tallest office building in the downtown core. The office tower is home to a variety of businesses including financial planners, goverment offices, insurance brokers, accountants, psychiatrists, dentists and more. Centerpoint Mall (formerly Towne and Country) is a shopping mall located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on the corner of Steeles Avenue and Yonge Street. It is home to Canadian Tire, Zellers, The Bay, and until May 2008, a Loblaws (converted to No Frills). The mall also has a beer store on the southeast corner of the property.
