"In August 2001, we opened Studio Fovero salon and spa. It was a big, crazy thing to do, but we weren't afraid. (Maybe we should've been.) The first American Male was opened in 1997 by the Raylon Corporation, a full service wholesale distributor of beauty supply products in PA, NJ and DE. Founded in 1960, Redken is a company built from the inspiration of a dynamic, entrepreneurial American actress named Paula Kent.
