Newburgh Mall is a 388,000 square foot community shopping center located in the Heart of the Hudson Valley. The same goods would cost the consumer more at a department store, as the department store would need to “mark up” the price of the goods to earn a profit over its cost of purchasing the goods from the manufacturer.
