The latest incarnation of famed restaurateur (and longtime Patina Restaurant Group CEO) Nick Valenti's commitment to bringing the ultimate in culinary experiences to the nation's leading cultural institutions. Chef Tien Ho joined chef david chang’s team at momofuku ssäm bar as chef de cuisine in 2006.
