The unique Sports Club features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush green fairways of the Kissing Camels Golf Course and Pikes Peak. Members enjoy group exercise classes including Yoga and Spin in the Movement Studio and a dedicated Pilates studio outfitted with the latest equipment. With strength training being a vital part of staying fit and strong, the Sports Club features a strength training circuit and free weight area with a staff of professional trainers available to guide Members through customized fitness and wellness plans. In addition, a combination of cardiovascular machines line the large glass windows overlooking the magnificent views. Each cardio machine features a 15 inch personal LCD tv screen, MP3 connection, and built-in virtual trainer, allowing Members the ability with their personal trainer to monitor their workouts and progress.

"The Harbor Bay Club is proud to offer Pilates Reformer training in both private and small group sessions with highly trained certified Pilates Instructors. Our Small Group Reformer classes provide an affordable way to gain the benefits of the work performed on the Pilates Reformer. With focused attention and guidance from our qualified instructors, Pilates provides a gentle, yet challenging way to strengthen and lengthen your body.
Pilates Mat Classes are offered throughout the week and are free to members. Pilates Small Group Reformer classes are offered weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings for a fee and are open to members and non-members."

Mark Mayes, a 22+ year veteran of the fitness industry, has been a full-time personal trainer for the past 17 years. In 1991 he opened Fitness Resources, Inc., a personal training company. He and his staff have trained clients and run fitness programs at private clubs, physician offices, and corporate fitness centers. Mayes expanded Fitness Resources to two private studios and a corporate fitness center in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to his affiliation with Fitness Resources, he was the physical director at the Downtown Columbus YMCA.
