Foi fácil ligar os pontos: local perfeito para criar um espaço onde a qualidade dos produtos fosse excepcional. E assim nasceu a Fiammetta, servindo sua primeira pizza em outubro de 2000, com projeto arquitetônico que transmite rusticidade com releitura contemporânea, de por Tiago Bernardes e Miguel Pinto Guimarães.

In the spring of 1993, Artie Cutler's restaurant empire was booming. After the tremendous success of the first two Carmine's Italian Family Style Restaurants, in Times Square and on the Upper West Side, Artie was researching a new concept. Carla Pernambuco, gaúcha de Porto Alegre, sempre se interessou pelos mais variados estilos de culinária. Foi atriz, jornalista, publicitária, estudou e trabalhou Nova York.
