Inaugurado em 1994, o Shopping Minascasa é um shopping segmentado para móveis, decoração e produtos para o lar. Foi o primeiro shopping a ter um conceito street, no Estado de Minas Gerais, e possui um estilo de uma “cidadezinha do interior”, com a arquitetura que faz parte de um projeto racional e bem dimensionado. Pesquisas de mercado realizadas no Mall mostram que as pessoas das classes sociais A, B e C, na faixa etária de 25 a 50 anos, são os grandes consumidores do empreendimento. O mix hoje tem lojas que englobam quase todos os segmentos do comércio além de ter a loja Supermercados Carrefour Bairro, uma das mais modernas do Brasil, atrai consumidores que moram no entorno do empreendimento, um público estimado em 70 mil pessoas.
