Manhattan Language Courses are taught by carefully selected, university trained professional language instructors who are always native speakers of the language they teach. Our courses are designed to give students the language skills they need to communicate effectively at work and in daily life. We offer group courses at all levels of American English from beginning to advanced. Each student is given a placement test to determine their appropriate level.

Focused instruction in English language skills unfolds across a demanding 18-hour weekly schedule, tailored for learners ready to move beyond basics toward genuine fluency and precision. Dedicated to promoting and sustaining Italian language education in the United States and supporting the College Board’s Advanced Placement (AP) program in Italian Language and Culture. The Foundation is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation qualified by the Internal Revenue Service to receive tax deductible contributions.

Services include instruction in all major European and Asian languages and upon request lesser-studied languages ranging from Albanian to Zulu. Teaching people for business, travel, social and cultural enrichment. Also specialize in ESL instruction both to people living in the United States and to students who travel to New York to learn the English language and American culture. In addition, we offer Cross-Cultural orientation programs and destination services for ex-patriates and people returning to the United States.

The Italian American Committee on Education (IACE) is a New York based non-profit organization founded in 1975 for the purpose of promoting the study of the Italian language and culture within the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.<BR> The IACE program is made possible primarly through an Italian Government grant and operates under the supervision of the Consulate General of Italy in New York.

Colina Italiana provides both on- and off-site programs in Italian language and culture.
