Cumberland Mall is located in Vineland, NJ, on Route 47 (Delsea Drive) at Route 55 (Exit 27). Recently the NJDOT created a special ramp that channels traffic into the mall from Route 55 NB. Cumberland Mall is strategically positioned 25 miles (40 km) away from its nearest competitor, 45 miles (72 km) south of Philadelphia, PA and on route to the Southern New Jersey Shore Points. The mall almost went under, but was able to stay in business thanks to Vineland's 3.5% sales tax. The Mall at Lawson Heights is a shopping centre located at the junction of Warman Road and Primrose Drive in north Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is anchored by Zellers, Safeway and London Drugs, and has almost 100 shops and services. The mall opened in the early 1980s during a period of rapid growth in the city's north end subdivisions. At the time, it had the first enclosed food court in Saskatoon, along with many independent and franchise chains. An extensive renovation in the early 1990s added another 40 stores, along with a new food court.
