Atlantic Terminal Mall is a shopping mall located on Atlantic Avenue surrounded by Hanson Place, Fort Greene Place and Flatbush Avenue in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn, New York.
It is also across the street from the older Atlantic Center Mall (via a small enclosed bridge from Target) which was developed by the same real estate company, Forest City Enterprises. It is also an office building and part of the ticket office of the Long Island Rail Road's Atlantic Terminal, which has been been under the process of renovation since the mall was built. Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina. Currently anchored by Belk, Dillard's and JCPenney; it was the first enclosed shopping mall in Greensboro. Fashion Island is an upscale open-air shopping mall in Newport Beach, California
The large courtyard outside the Bloomingdale's building is occupied annually by a large Christmas tree. About a week before Christmas, every year, the tree is lit, preceded by extravagant holiday performances. The trees are taken from a private timber area near Mount Shasta, and shipped to Fashion Island in several pieces, which are then re-assembled using steel rods and a large crane.
Dean & DeLuca announced that it would be opening a new West Coast flagship store at Fashion Island in the fall of 2009.

Grand Teton Mall recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation which included revitalizing the center’s interior and adding all new family friendly amenities. A new color palate, tile flooring and additional lighting have brightened the centers feel and made this regional shopping center an outstanding centerpiece of the community.
The renovation project was completed with the addition of a 26,500 Barnes & Noble Bookseller featuring a Starbucks Café, Wi-Fi services, Barnes & Noble Jr. children’s area with over 15,000 titles and the ability to listen to over 200,000 music titles with their RedDotNet technology.

A renovation in 2004-2005 added a new food court and carousel in the Center Court area. The old Montgomery Ward space (vacated in 2000) was refitted with a new Steve and Barry's and Qdoba Mexican Grill. Source
