The Burlington Center Mall is a two-level enclosed shopping mall located in Burlington Township, New Jersey, opened in August 1982. It was built by The Rouse Company of Columbia, Maryland.

Kings Plaza is a shopping center that opened in 1970, within the Marine Park/Mill Basin section of Brooklyn, east of Flatbush Avenue. Originally hosting the now defunct Alexander's, as well as Macy*s department store chains, it began to operate a branch of Sears in 1997, and underwent extensive renovations in 2001. Later, Kings Plaza closed the Waldenbooks book store, Suncoast videos and Sam Goody music store. The Banana Republic store was closed and changed into a children's clothing store named Kidstown (which has also closed) and a Godiva chocolate store was added. CVS also closed and was replaced by a furniture store. An Armani Exchange store was added to the mall, expected to open summer 2008. Source

The Manhattan Mall, one of the few traditional indoor malls in New York City, is located at 33rd Street and Sixth Avenue. There are entrances to the 34th Street-Herald Square subway station and the 33rd Street PATH station on the second basement level.
The mall is located in the high-rise building formerly used by the Gimbels flagship store, which closed in 1986. On April 18, 2007, JCPenney announced that it would open a 150,000 square foot store at the mall, its first in Manhattan. As a result, retailers and the food court on the second underground level have been closed to make way for their new store. Source |

Lakewood Center is located in the heart of the city of Lakewood at the intersection of Del Amo and Lakewood Boulevards. JCPenney, Macy’s, Mervyn’s, Robinsons-May and TARGET anchor Lakewood Center. TARGET opened on October 12, 2003. An expansion in 2000-2001 brought about over 300,000 square feet of new stores, a food court and a Macy’s and Mervyn’s store. In addition to the enclosed mall, there are numerous destination big box retailers, restaurants, and two Pacific Movie Theatres. In total, Lakewood Center contains approximately 2.1 million square feet of retail space featuring over 270 stores and more than 30 restaurants.

The Promenade In Temecula (usually abbreviated by locals as "The Promenade Mall") is a shopping mall in Temecula, California, owned by Forest City Enterprises. Its anchor stores are J. C. Penney, Macy's - occupies two anchor spots: Macy's North (which was a former Robinsons-May) and Macy's South (which preceded North), and Sears.

Parkway Place opened on October 16, 2002. This mall is 650,000 square feet, anchored by Dillard's and Belk. The mall as of 2007[update] is going through an extensive renovation that has moved the old 10 screen theater to a replacement Cinemark 16 screen "stadium style seating" theater in the north ring road area on Avenue O-8. The vacated theater pad will house new restaurants and a new corridor is being built along it for another 31 stores. Zona Rosa is an approximately 500,000 square feet, mixed-use (retail, office and residential) development located in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri. The project opened in 2004 and is expected to be expanded by an additional 500,000 square feet by early 2008. It was developed by Steiner+Associates known for their Easton Town Center development in Columbus, Ohio.
Zona Rosa is an example of a new trend in retail development where traditional regional malls are replaced by mixed-use projects featuring residential, office and/or hospitality uses in a high density urban environment organized around traditional street grids.
