Wolfe’s Pond Park contains mature upland woods, swamp forest, open marsh, ponds, and shoreline on Raritan Bay, making it one of the most diverse parks in the city. The beach is part of the shoreline strand that runs continuously from Ward’s Point in Conference House Park, north through Mount Loretto and Lemon Creek Preserve, to Wolfe’s Pond Park.

The TCL Chinese Theatre, formerly known as Grauman's Chinese Theatre, remains undamaged by the recent January 2025 wildfires in Los Angeles. While the Sunset Fire in the Hollywood Hills prompted concerns due to its proximity to landmarks like the Hollywood Bowl and the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theatre has not sustained any damage. ACCESSWDUN Despite the challenges posed by the wildfires, the TCL Chinese Theatre continues to operate as usual, hosting film screenings and events. For the latest updates on its operational status and any potential schedule changes, please refer to their official communications. The grand opening of Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on May 18, 1927, was the most spectacular theatre opening in motion picture history. Thousands of people lined Hollywood Boulevard and a riot broke out as fans tried to catch a glimpse of the movie stars and other celebrities as they arrived for the opening.

The recent wildfires in January 2025 in Los Angeles have not destroyed the Griffith Observatory. However, the Observatory will stay closed until further notice owing to the present fire and weather circumstances. A treasured civic hub, a national pioneer in public astronomy, a symbol of Los Angeles, and one of the most visited sites in southern California is Griffith Observatory. The Observatory is situated in Griffith Park, right above the Los Feliz district, on the southern slope of Mount Hollywood. Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ Ministries and the marvelous story of what God is doing through this 19 story cross located on Interstate 40 at Groom, Texas. Construction of the cross frame was done in two shops in Pampa, Texas by more than 100 welders and erected in July of 1995. Truly, all things are possible for those who believe.

Fun Plex started here in Omaha, Neb in 1978. We started small with miniature golf, go-karts, and an arcade.
As the years passed by we have made many expansions and improvements. We built a new go-kart track, introduced a slick track, and subsequently built many more rides. These include bumper cars, bumper boats, and numerous kiddie rides.
The year 1984 saw many changes for Fun Plex. This is when we introduced the first elements of our waterpark. We started simply with a wave pool. A few years later we built twin 5-storey Typhoon water slides.
Today, we are continuing our expansions plans. In 2001 we added two new rides, the Balloon Ferris Wheel and the Kiddie Train. In 2002 we remodeled our midway into our new air-conditioned Pit Stop. 2003 saw the addition of both the Yo-Yo and the Chaos.. Fun Plex now consists of two water slides, a wave pool, a lazzy river, 5 kiddie rides, batting cages, a go-kart and slick track, bumper cars and boats, Tilt-A-Whirl, and a Ferris Wheel. We now see tens of thousands of guests come through our park every year and host numerous company picnics. In 2004 we are planning lots of great changes, and we hope you will be there with us to share in the exciting news ! ! !

Exposure Rock Climbing has the only USA Climbing nationally certified route setters in the state of Texas.
Why is it important to climb at a gym with Nationally Certified Route Setters? Because it's a gym that puts its climbers first, NOT the birthday parties or the church groups, but the climbers. Exposure is currently the only gym in the metroplex with a USA Climbing Nationally Certified Route Setter and has two of them (Kyle Clinkscales and Stan Borodyansky).
Exposure is located on Midway Road just north of Keller Springs Road near the Addison Airport.
