At the beginning of the 2009 Major League Baseball season the new Yankee Stadium opened its doors when the Yankees hosted a workout day in front of fans from the Bronx community. The first game at this brand new ballpark was a pre-season exhibition game against the Chicago Cubs, played on April 3, 2009, which the Yankees won 7-4. The new Yankee Stadium is located in the Bronx, across the street from the original Yankee Stadium. Founded in 1900 by the financier Spencer Trask and his wife Katrina, herself a poet, Yaddo is an artists' community located on a 400-acre estate in Saratoga Springs, New York. Its mission is to nurture the creative process by providing an opportunity for artists to work without interruption in a supportive environment. <br> Yaddo offers residencies to professional creative artists from all nations and backgrounds working in one or more of the following media: choreography, film, literature, musical composition, painting, performance art, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and video. Artists may apply individually or as members of collaborative teams of two or three persons. They are selected by panels of other professional artists without regard to financial means. Residencies last from two weeks to two months and include room, board, and studio.

The Waikîkî Aquarium is one of the premier marine science institutions in the City & County of Honolulu and the State of Hawai'i. Founded on March 19, 1904, this marine aquarium is the third oldest public aquarium in the United States. Since 1919, the Waikîkî Aquarium has been an institution of the University of Hawai'i System. Situated beside a living coral reef on the Waikîkî shoreline, the Waikîkî Aquarium is home to more than 3,055 organisms of 464 species of marine plants and animals. The Oaks Shopping Center is a two-level enclosed, super-regional shopping mall located in Thousand Oaks, California. It is owned and managed by Macerich. The Museum building, based in exterior design on standard station construction of the 1880s, houses the largest known collection of historic records, mementos, artifacts, and pictures of Colorado railroads.

Mr. Armand, a hairstylist and salon owner, dedicated himself to providing the best training possible for individuals entering the beauty industry. Michigan College of Beauty is licensed by State of Michigan Board of Cosmetology. Our free standing main building was built in 1988, has 11,000 square feet of space, and is designed and equipped for Cosmetology, Manicuring, and Esthetics training.
