He started his career with a well know local dealer, within just a few short years Michael decided to open his own shop dealing exclusively with his favorite vehicle the Mercedes. The early eighties were a particular bleak time in Oklahoma history. With the oil boom going bust, lots of Mercedes owners weren’t buying new anymore. But they did need repairs, to the benefit of Michael Rush and his new business. “I may have been struggling and it was a difficult time to start a business but I felt in my heart it was the right time.”
