Her Pilates certifications through IMX and the Pilates Academy International cover every method, while her yoga training includes a 200-hour RYT from Yoga Alliance and additional certification through Yogafit. What sets her apart is how she weaves this expertise into teaching everyone from beginners to advanced students, plus she's trained to lead children's classes through Neney's Yoginis. Beyond the mat, she's DONA-certified as a doula for birth and postpartum support.
