In 1884, a wealthy widow named Sarah L. Winchester began a construction project of such magnitude that it was to occupy the lives of carpenters and craftsmen until her death thirty-eight years later. The Victorian mansion, designed and built by the Winchester Rifle heiress, is filled with so many unexplained oddities, that it has come to be known as the Winchester Mystery House.

South Carolina takes pride in this splendid Mansion, which has been "home" to more than thirty governors and their families through the years.
The public rooms are a repository of treasures - silver and china, furniture, paintings and documents - that remain permanently in the Mansion. All are illustrative of the rich history and heritage of South Carolina.

The statue stands at 151 feet tall, with the statue itself measuring 151 feet from the base to the tip of the torch and the pedestal adding an additional 154 feet.

Often abbreviated as MSG, known colloquially simply as The Garden, has been the name of four arenas in New York City, United States. It is also the name of the entity which owns the arena and several of the professional sports franchises which play there. There have been four incarnations of the arena. The first two were located at Madison Square, thus the name. Subsequently a new 17,000-seat Garden (opened December 15, 1925) was built at 50th Street and 8th Avenue, and the current Garden (opened February 14, 1968) is at 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets, situated on top of Pennsylvania Station. The L.I.C. Community Boathouse is a boathouse located in Long Island City, New York. The boathouse provides access to the East River for the local community through various programs such as kayaking, rowing and sailing. The boathouse is a volunteer-run organization that aims to promote the use of the waterfront for recreational, educational and environmental purposes. The boathouse offers a variety of programs for people of all ages and skill levels. The adult rowing program is a popular option for those looking to get in shape and learn a new skill. The youth rowing program is also offered to young people, providing a great opportunity to learn teamwork and discipline. Battery Park is a 25-acre public park located at the southern tip of Manhattan in New York City. Six Flags Over Georgia has unleashed a GIANT in 2006. Soaring over 200 ft. above the park and covering an area 8.5 acres in size, this much-anticipated steel monster is appropriately called: GOLIATH.

Cave of the Winds literally makes your jaw drop in wonder and astonishment. It is geology and adventure rolled into one—a true, unique Geo|Venture! Located in scenic hills above historic Manitou Springs, the caves are one of America’s most important show caves. Visitors have shared in the stunning beauty of Cave of the Winds for over a century.

Alcatraz Island offers a close-up look at the site of the first lighthouse and US built fort on the West Coast, the infamous federal penitentiary long off-limits to the public, and the 18 month occupation by Indians of All Tribes which saved the tribes. Rich in history, there is also a natural side to the Rock - gardens, tide pools, bird colonies, and bay views beyond compare.

Fun Plex started here in Omaha, Neb in 1978. We started small with miniature golf, go-karts, and an arcade.
As the years passed by we have made many expansions and improvements. We built a new go-kart track, introduced a slick track, and subsequently built many more rides. These include bumper cars, bumper boats, and numerous kiddie rides.
The year 1984 saw many changes for Fun Plex. This is when we introduced the first elements of our waterpark. We started simply with a wave pool. A few years later we built twin 5-storey Typhoon water slides.
Today, we are continuing our expansions plans. In 2001 we added two new rides, the Balloon Ferris Wheel and the Kiddie Train. In 2002 we remodeled our midway into our new air-conditioned Pit Stop. 2003 saw the addition of both the Yo-Yo and the Chaos.. Fun Plex now consists of two water slides, a wave pool, a lazzy river, 5 kiddie rides, batting cages, a go-kart and slick track, bumper cars and boats, Tilt-A-Whirl, and a Ferris Wheel. We now see tens of thousands of guests come through our park every year and host numerous company picnics. In 2004 we are planning lots of great changes, and we hope you will be there with us to share in the exciting news ! ! !

Drive Thru Safari Park! Tour the 100 plus acre preserve and visit hundreds of rare, exotic and some endangered animals from around the world. Animals roam, rest and play while visitors explore the grounds, snap pictures, buy snacks and have fun. Located in Port Clinton, Ohio only 17 miles West of Cedar Point.

Waterslides - NRH2O has three awesome body slides. Guests must be at least 48" tall to ride the body slides.

The Black Falls is a thrilling, enclosed slide that plummets riders through near-darkness to the water below.

The Great White is an open flume that is perfect for guests looking for a calmer ride. The Blue Twister is a twisting, turning ride that is totally enclosed.

The Double Dipper, our double rider innertube slide, is perfect for parents who wish to ride with their children. Its twisting turns and sloping drops make this one of our most popular slides.

The Green Extreme is a seven story tall waterslide with 1,161 feet of twists and turns! Guests must be at least 42" tall to ride the Green Extreme.

To participate at Splashin' Safari, swimwear or shorts and shirts may be worn and must be modest in design and gender appropriate. No revealing or thong swimsuits allowed. Clothing or body art with rude, vulgar or inflammatory language or graphics is not permitted. Swim shoes, sandals, and aqua socks are allowed (and encouraged if your feet are sensitive) on the water slides. Children in diapers must wear swim diapers. Guests must change into street clothes (shoes, shorts and shirts) before returning to Holiday World. Showers and changing rooms are provided and rental lockers are available.
