Lupa Osteria Romana opened its doors on October 1, 1999 under the partnership of Jason Denton, Mario Batali and Joseph Bastianich, and Mark Ladner. The idea behind the four men was to open a casual restaurant specializing in Roman trattoria fare of the highest quality at a moderate price. The restaurant has met its promise, offering a unique dining experience with a true "Lupa" dimension. <br> Under the direction of Mark Ladner, executive chef, the menu at Lupa has received rave reviews from many prominent critics, magazines and newspapers. This is the result of Lupa's uniqueness that other restaurants in New York are not able to match. In 2005, Steve Connaughton took over the helm as executive chef after four years as Mark Ladner's sous chef.

The Cranbury Historical and Preservation Society was organized in 1967 and incorporated on November 17, 1970. It is governed by an Executive Board, composed of officers, trustees and committee chairpersons. <br> Its museum was originally built in 1834 by Dr. Garret P. Voorhees, with additional rooms added added from 1850 to 1862 by the Isaac Snedeker Family. The Historical Society acquired the house in May, 1972 and volunteers transformed it in six months from a simple house into a museum. <br> The many original architectural elements, (including window sashes with early glass, wide pine floor boards, original paint), its collections of 18th and 19th century furnishings, Indian artifacts, and local memorabilia, radiate a sense of Cranbury past. Fun Plex started here in Omaha, Neb in 1978. We started small with miniature golf, go-karts, and an arcade. <br> As the years passed by we have made many expansions and improvements. We built a new go-kart track, introduced a slick track, and subsequently built many more rides. These include bumper cars, bumper boats, and numerous kiddie rides. <br> The year 1984 saw many changes for Fun Plex. This is when we introduced the first elements of our waterpark. We started simply with a wave pool. A few years later we built twin 5-storey Typhoon water slides. <br> Today, we are continuing our expansions plans. In 2001 we added two new rides, the Balloon Ferris Wheel and the Kiddie Train. In 2002 we remodeled our midway into our new air-conditioned Pit Stop. 2003 saw the addition of both the Yo-Yo and the Chaos.. Fun Plex now consists of two water slides, a wave pool, a lazzy river, 5 kiddie rides, batting cages, a go-kart and slick track, bumper cars and boats, Tilt-A-Whirl, and a Ferris Wheel. We now see tens of thousands of guests come through our park every year and host numerous company picnics. In 2004 we are planning lots of great changes, and we hope you will be there with us to share in the exciting news ! ! !
