Charlotte D'Costa Taylor founded Floral Heights in November 1998. She has more than 20 years experience in floral design and has worked for some of New York's finest floral establishments. <br> Charlotte has studied and is credentialed in both the Ohara School of Ikebana and Professional Floral Design.
