ABT, as its name indicates, was formed to promote bicycle touring in the Adirondack Region of New York State. The principal goal is to take people on road bike rides in the Southern Adirondack Region. Recreational riding and fun touring --- bicycle tours are generally low-key, at a reasonable pace with time to talk during the ride.

The foliage season for our area begins in early September. For a few weeks, nature puts on one of its most spectacular displays. From bright yellows to vibrant reds, the leaves transform, showing their rich and vibrant hues. Every year, people flock to the Northeast, to catch a glimpse of natures splendor. The massive stone bridge arch - the largest marble cave entrance in the east - dominates this spectacular display of ancient Adirondack geology from rock over one billion years old. Take a walking stick, map, and camera and set out on a self-guided, above-ground, natural stone step nature trail and experience up-close the many unique rock features, such as potholes, grottos, a gorge and mill site waterfalls. Descend into lighted surface caves with raging waterfalls or tranquil dark pools. All of the sites featured on the St. George web pages are within a short walk of the St. George terminus of the Staten Island Ferry. The Staten Island Ferry ride is the most widely visited tourist attraction in the City of New York, yet rarely do visitors embark from the ferry and investigate the surrounding area.

"We fly two flights a day, weather permitting. These flights are at sunrise and approximately two hours before sunset. This is when the winds are the calmest. Your balloon adventure will last around 2 1/2 hours with an actual flight duration of about 45 minutes to one hour. Following the flight there is a traditional champagne and hors d'oeuvres reception. Non-alcoholic beverages are provided. Reservations are required as space is very limited!! We can carry four and six people respectively plus the pilot in each balloon. Weekends tend to fill up quicker than weekdays but usually space is available a week in advance."
