The Centre Laval is a shopping mall mall located in Laval, QC Canada corner St. Martin blvd. and Le Corbusier blvd. (near the Montmorency metro station).
Operating since 1968, Centre Laval has 150 shops, services and department stores, including The Brick, Bureau en Gros, Best Buy, Future Shop, Mark's Work Wearhouse, The Bay, and Wal-Mart. There is also a branch of the Bank of Montreal. |

Devonshire Mall opened August 12,1970. The area was previously the "Devonshire Raceway" in the earlier part of the 20th Century, until burning down in 1939.

Located north of the city of Wilmington, Delaware, in the unincorporated Brandywine Hundred area along U.S. Route 202. The mall is located a short distance south of the Pennsylvania border and it attracts shoppers from Pennsylvania and other neighboring states wishing to take advantage of tax-free shopping in Delaware. The mall opened in stages over a period of several years. The first of the mall was an Almart, a now-defunct discounter, which opened in 1965. In 1971, a Pomeroy's (now-defunct department store chain) was added. The Almart later became a Jefferson Ward (Montgomery Ward-owned discounter), and was then a Bradlees for a brief time until it was demolished for a Sears. It contains over 90 stores and is owned by Allied Properties. Source

Southpark Mall is a shopping mall in the Colonial Heights, Virginia and Petersburg, Virginia area. It contains 76 stores and is anchored by Dillard's, Macy's, JC Penney and Sears.[1] The Hecht's store was renamed Macy's on September 9, 2006. On July 11, 2007, the mall opened its new Regal Cinemas Stadium 16 theater. The facility covers 68,000 square feet and includes approximately 3,100 seats. The old 6-screen theater in the food court area has converted into an extended food court. The food court now contains a Subway, Stir Fry 88, and Knockout Burgers. Sbarro is moving into the new section along with a new laser tag operation. The mall has also just finished new flooring throughout.

Bridge Street Town Centre is an upscale lifestyle center in Huntsville, Alabama. It was developed by O&S Holdings and designed by TSArchitects, both of Los Angeles. The center is located in Cummings Research Park at the intersection of Old Madison Pike, Interstate 565, and Research Park Boulevard (Alabama State Route 255). Bridge Street includes 550,000 sq ft. of retail space featuring a Monaco Pictures theater and 70 shops and restaurants. Many tenants are exclusive to Huntsville and Alabama such as Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Dolce, and Connor's Steak & Seafood. The center will feature a 10-acre lake, apartments, at least one six-story, 150,000 sq ft. Class A office building, and an eleven-story, 210 room Westin Hotel and Residences when complete. Source

With over 37 years of history and commitment to the City of Edmonton and south Edmonton Communities, Southgate Centre opened in 1970 with 65 stores and services. It was anchored by The Bay, Woodwards and Woodwards Food Floor. Southgate Centre was the largest shopping centre in Edmonton at the time.
Since then, Southgate Centre has evolved within the retail industry in Edmonton and has gone through numerous changes. It was expanded in 1982 doubling the size of the property, including the addition of roof top and decked parking and expanding the store count to over 130. In 1999 Southgate Centre underwent a further major renovation and redevelopment, which saw the Food Festival relocated and expanded, second level development, revitalised public spaces and a host of new and freshly renovated stores. |
