Located in the neighbourhood of Bonnie Doon, it is a medium sized mall and houses only an estimated 100 stores on one floor. The centre is oriented in an easy/west direction and is anchored in the west by a two-storey department store that is wholly occupied by The Bay. The office tower adjoins the centre at the east end.
The main retail level and office tower were built in 1975 with the second retail storey being completed in 1988.
