The Mall at Lawson Heights is a shopping centre located at the junction of Warman Road and Primrose Drive in north Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is anchored by Zellers, Safeway and London Drugs, and has almost 100 shops and services. The mall opened in the early 1980s during a period of rapid growth in the city's north end subdivisions. At the time, it had the first enclosed food court in Saskatoon, along with many independent and franchise chains. An extensive renovation in the early 1990s added another 40 stores, along with a new food court. With over 38 years of history and commitment to the City of Victoria, Mayfair Shopping Centre first opened in 1963 as a strip centre. In 1974 a Woodward’s Department Store and Woodward’s Food Floor was added and the mall was enclosed.
Mayfair Shopping Centre continued to evolve over the years. In 1983, 1990 and 1994 the mall expanded adding more retail stores and additional roof top parking. With over 120 stores and services, Mayfair Shopping Centre now offers a beautiful new food court opened in March 2003. Bonnie Doon Shopping Centre is a shopping mall in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Located in the neighbourhood of Bonnie Doon, it is a medium sized mall and houses only an estimated 100 stores on one floor. The mall was originally an exposed shopping centre when constructed about 1960, however it was enclosed and a large Sears store added in 1967. Devonshire Mall opened August 12,1970. The area was previously the "Devonshire Raceway" in the earlier part of the 20th Century, until burning down in 1939.
When Devonshire Mall opened its doors 21 years later, it boasted 70 stores. Since then, the mall has had five expansions: 1974, 1985, 1987, 1995, and 2000. Park Royal Shopping Centre, opened in 1950, is a shopping mall located in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Park Royal is officially Canada's first covered shopping mall. Park Royal currently markets itself as five star shopping and has undergone significant changes to attain this.
South Mall anchor stores include: Extra Foods, Sportchek, Coast Mountain Sports, Future Shop, Winners, and Staples Business Depot. As part of Park Royal's recent brand re-positioning into five star shopping, in April 2006, it re-opened its newly designed re-located food fair.
