Pinnacle Hills Promenade (Rogers, Arkansas) will be 980,000 square foot open-air regional center that includes: a 155,000 square foot Dillard's; a 40,000 square foot 12-screen Malco Theatre; a 99,000 square foot JCPenney; five national sit-down restaurants; a 23,000 square foot book store; 250,000 square feet of "big box" retail village shopping; 275,000 square feet of specialy shops (regional and national retailers); and 80,000 square feet of Class A office space. The open-air regional center is centrally located in the fastest growing area of Northwest Arkansas, at the intersection of I-540 and the new Perry Road interchange. Dakota Square Mall is an enclosed shopping center in the city of Minot, North Dakota. The largest mall within 170 km, it includes four major anchor stores, over 70 smaller stores, a food court, and a nine-screen Carmike Cinema with stadium seating. It also includes local recruiting offices for the United States military.
One unusual feature of the mall is a Sleep Inn & Suites, which is directly attached to the mall itself. The hotel also features Splashdown Dakota Super Slides, a 24,000 square foot water park complex. Dakota Square is one of only a few shopping malls in the United States to feature an attached hotel. Foothills Mall is an indoor regional shopping mall located in Maryville, Tennessee, a suburb of Knoxville. Foothills Mall features approximately 70 stores and restaurants. Opened in 1983, Foothills Mall is the only shopping mall in burgeoning suburban Blount County, part of the Knoxville Metropolitan Area. The mall was originally anchored by Maryville based Proffitt's, a regional department store; Miller's, another regional department store that was a division of Allied Stores; JC Penney; and Sears. West County Center is a shopping mall located in Des Peres, Missouri, originally built in 1969. The original mall closed in 2001, and a new mall on the site opened in 2002. From the mid 1990s-2007, the mall was known as Westfield (Shoppingtown) West County and was one of 7 St. Louis malls owned by the Australian mall company until CBL & Associates acquired 4 out of 5 Westfield St. Louis malls in October, 2007.
