Bayshore Shopping Centre opened in 1973. It is located in the western portion of Ottawa and enjoys a highly visible and accessible location on the north side of Highway 417, near the Highway 416 junction. Bayshore totals 728,047 square feet and includes 155 stores and services. The centre's anchor stores includes a mix of traditional operators such as The Bay and Zellers as well as several new format retailers including Winners, Old Navy and Sports Experts. Tillicum Centre is a two-level shopping centre located in Victoria, British Columbia. Built in 1982, and expanded several times since, the shopping centre currently offers over 50 shops and services including Zellers, Safeway, Winners, Petcetera, Linens 'N Things, and London Drugs. Devonshire Mall opened August 12,1970. The area was previously the "Devonshire Raceway" in the earlier part of the 20th Century, until burning down in 1939.

Chinook Centre is home to three major department stores, 200+ stores, and several full service restaurants. It still contains its original bowling alley, as well as the city's largest movie theatre complex, the Famous Players Scotiabank Theatre Chinook formerly the Paramount, with 16 screens and an IMAX. The Mall at Lawson Heights is a shopping centre located at the junction of Warman Road and Primrose Drive in north Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is anchored by Zellers, Safeway and London Drugs, and has almost 100 shops and services. The mall opened in the early 1980s during a period of rapid growth in the city's north end subdivisions. At the time, it had the first enclosed food court in Saskatoon, along with many independent and franchise chains. An extensive renovation in the early 1990s added another 40 stores, along with a new food court.
