Due to airspace restrictions and congested cities in the tri-state area, Middletown is a perfect blend of beauty and convenience. We are only an hour from New York City and much closer to Rockland, Westchester, Yonkers, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster and Sullivan Counties. I don't know of any balloon ride operators in Nassau or Suffolk Counties of Long Island. I can tell you we've flown hundreds of Long Islanders and they've all told me it was well worth the trip!"

Big Apple Greeter's office is staffed by 6 paid staff and about 35 volunteers who work in every aspect of the program, from answering visitors’ questions and matching visitors with Greeters, to computer tech support and special events. What might look easy to do on the surface (you submit a request and a volunteer meets you at your accommodation) actually takes a large infrastructure to support. We receive over 10,000 requests a year, and it takes a lot of people to make sure the right volunteer speaking the right language is meeting the right visitors at the right time and location.

Foods of New York was established five years ago to help assist locals and visitors find that unique New York City food and cultural experience. We began by researching and studying Greenwich Village and SoHo. These two fascinating neighborhoods and are filled with mouth watering food establishments, amazing history and culture. Our market studies show us that the majority of people visiting these neighborhoods are missing out on their best attributes.

Tours depart daily from the village of Mendocino at 10:00 a.m., returning at about 4:00 p.m. We will pick you up and drop you off at any inn within the village or down the coast as far as the Navarro Bridge. Depending on the size of the tour larger groups are taken in the Limo while smaller groups are in the Town Car. We also offer private tours for two people in the Town Car for $400 and a private tour in the Limo for $550. The scenic ride to the wineries takes approximately 35 minutes—a short drive along some of the prettiest stretches of the California coastline, followed by a journey through a hauntingly beautiful old-growth redwood forest into the lush Anderson Valley.

Tour Colorado (formerly the Colorado Group Tour Association) is an organization, which originated from the Colorado Tourism Board (CTB) in 1988. There were approximately 10 members from across the state that met on a monthly basis to sponsor familiarization (FAM) tours and the annual tour operator reception at the National Tour Association (NTA) business exchange and conference.
Tour Colorado is the only statewide organization marketing directly to professional tour operators and group tour leaders domestically to increase the packaged travel market to Colorado. It boasts a distance record of 141 miles and a duration record of 11-1/2 hours. Our most frequently used training hill is at the base of the mountain and students can just turn their eyes skyward to catch a glimpse of pilots soaring and anticipate the thrill that they may soon experience.
Hang gliding is a sport that is somewhat dependent on weather conditions since gliders must launch and land facing into the wind. Mountain Wings offers two gently sloped bunny hills facing different wind directions so that you will have the best chance of being able to fly if weather conditions safely allow it."

Denise and Gabriel Werneck, a mother-and-son team, both born and raised in Rio, started Rio Hiking in 1999. They started by taking visitors on the family’s favourite hike, the Tijuca Peak, as well as visiting the historic district of Santa Teresa, where they had lived most of their lives.
