Pinnacle Hills Promenade (Rogers, Arkansas) will be 980,000 square foot open-air regional center that includes: a 155,000 square foot Dillard's; a 40,000 square foot 12-screen Malco Theatre; a 99,000 square foot JCPenney; five national sit-down restaurants; a 23,000 square foot book store; 250,000 square feet of "big box" retail village shopping; 275,000 square feet of specialy shops (regional and national retailers); and 80,000 square feet of Class A office space. The open-air regional center is centrally located in the fastest growing area of Northwest Arkansas, at the intersection of I-540 and the new Perry Road interchange. Pinnacle Hills Promenade will offer a pleasing diversion for Northwest Arkansas' affluent customer base. Whether taking in a movie, strolling among the elegant boulevard of shops, or dining at The Promenade restaurants, visitors will enjoy the lush landscaping, fountains and charming architecture designed to complement the rolling hillsides of Northwest Arkansas.

Bridge Street Town Centre is an upscale lifestyle center in Huntsville, Alabama. It was developed by O&S Holdings and designed by TSArchitects, both of Los Angeles. The center is located in Cummings Research Park at the intersection of Old Madison Pike, Interstate 565, and Research Park Boulevard (Alabama State Route 255). Bridge Street includes 550,000 sq ft. of retail space featuring a Monaco Pictures theater and 70 shops and restaurants. Many tenants are exclusive to Huntsville and Alabama such as Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Dolce, and Connor's Steak & Seafood. Broadly, it is located at the intersection of Route 4 and Route 17 near the Garden State Parkway in Bergen County, New Jersey.
