Known colloquially as Westfield Eastridge, is a regional shopping mall located in Gastonia, North Carolina, and is nineteen miles west of uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Cedar Hills Crossing has been in operation since 1969, and is located approximately at the intersection of SW Cedar Hills Boulevard and Jenkins Road. An underground chemical release at the site was discovered in the 1980s. Considerable analysis of this release, along with other on site environmental factors, has been conducted to provide for safety of mall patrons and area residents. At least through the period 1970 to 1990 (the interval when the release occurred) the center functioned in compliance with most local governmental standards for environmental regulation. Source

Zona Rosa is an approximately 500,000 square feet, mixed-use (retail, office and residential) development located in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri. The project opened in 2004 and is expected to be expanded by an additional 500,000 square feet by early 2008. It was developed by Steiner+Associates known for their Easton Town Center development in Columbus, Ohio.

The Shops at Fallen Timbers is designed to become an architecturally appealing one million square foot open-air lifestyle center, overlooking a feature lake.
