Fundada em 01/06/1991, pelos sócios Marlon José de Araújo e Adelino da silva Braga, nasce a Inbraziltour – Incorporaçao Brasileira de Turismo LTDA. Em 26/10/98, a Empresa é vendida p/ sua atual proprietária Áurea Lucia de Oliveira Mendes, q em sociedade com Vasco André da Silva, passam a administrar a empresa na Av. Sinfrônio Brochado,191 lj 01 (Em cima da Maxx Imóveis) no Barreiro de Baixo. Ainda com o Nome de Inbraziltour – Incorporaçao Brasileira de Turismo LTDA mas já possuindo 02 Ônibus de Turismo, a empresa restringe-se a apenas operar alguns destinos, como Caldas Novas, Pantanal, Porto Seguro e Sul do Brasil, com poucas saídas e sendo vendidos por si mesma. No ano de 2002 a empresa começou a procurar novos horizontes, passando assim a agenciar vários tipos de pacotes (Aéreos e Rodoviários) representando grandes operadoras de Minas Gerais. Em 18/04/2002 Atuando então como Agencia de Viagens, operadora e Transportadora, a Empresa decide separar suas atividades criando assim a Inbraziltour Transportes, como transportadora, colaborando no setor operacional e a IBR Turismo Ltda, q fica responsável pela parte de Agenciamento de Viagens e Operação de Turismo Rodoviário, ganhando um novo sócio, sendo este Aleanderson de Oliveira Mendes. Neste mesmo Mês ela muda sua sede para a Av. Sinfrônio Brochado, 1210 – Barreiro de Baixo (Ao lado do Restaurante Celeiro de Minas). Pouco tempo se passou e a IBR Turismo expandiu-se significativamente no mercado Turístico, passando assim a operar vários destinos dentro do Brasil e já com uma grande carteira de clientes e representantes de vendas.

Fundada em 1994 por Luiz Antonio Vergani, que atua no mercado turístico desde 1977. Vergani é Bacharel em Turismo, Pós-Graduado em Administração de Empresas, Mestre em Turismo pela Universidade de São Paulo – Escola de Comunicação e Artes e Professor Universitário. Lecionou nas Universidades Anhembi - Morumbi, UNIP, UNIBAN, na Universidade de São Paulo (USP), como Professor convidado. Em 2001, como coordenador, foi um dos responsáveis pelo reconhecimento do curso de Turismo com conceito “A” pelo MEC, na Universidade do Grande ABC (SP). Como professor, ministra aulas em disciplinas como Gestão de Agências de Viagens, Introdução ao Turismo, Tópicos Avançados de Turismo e Comunicação Empresarial. A APEX iniciou em janeiro de 2003 uma nova fase, inaugurando sua nova sede em um pioneiro conjunto comercial, parceiro de empresas como Mac Donalds, Livraria Nobel, Drogaria São Paulo, Soho Cabeleireiros e outras.
