Jewelry is a major part of Primavera Gallery. We offer fine, rare and collectible jewels spanning over 200 years of jewelry design, with pieces dating from the late 17th century up until today. Our emphasis, however, is on signed pieces, Art Deco through the 1950's. In addition, we will be featuring the work of individual contemporary jewelry designers of special merit. We are not interested in large diamonds or masses of precious stones - this, for us, is geology rather than jewelry. We are interested in great style, exciting design and integrity of workmanship. Our collection includes all of the major individual designers, as well as the great jewelry houses.

Isaac Manevitz, Egyptian-born designer for Ben-Amun, has had over 30 years of success with his exquisite line of designer fashion jewelry and belts. The company is named after the designer's eldest son (Ben), and the King of Egypt (Isaac's homeland) named Tutankhamun.
He has brought his love of sculpture to his collections by working with fine, unusual materials to create unique designs that are always original and never disappoint. Working with materials such as Lucite, pewter, glass and crystal, give him the ability to make his jewelry distinct and inspirational. Cartier was founded in Paris in 1847 by Louis-François Cartier. In 1874 his son, Alfred Cartier took over the administration of the company, but it was his sons, Louis, Pierre and Jacques, who were responsible for establishing the famous world-wide brand name of Cartier.
Louis retained responsibility for the Paris branch, moving to the Rue de la Paix, in 1899. He was responsible for some of the company's most celebrated design innovations, like the legendary mystery clocks, high fashion wristwatches and exotic orientalist Art Deco designs, including the daringly colourful "Tutti Frutti" jewels. Jacques took charge of the London operation and eventually moved to the current location at New Bond Street.

The Zales® story began in 1924 in Wichita Falls, Texas, where Morris (M.B.) Zale, William Zale, and Ben Lipshy applied their vision of providing customers with quality merchandise at the lowest possible price to the opening of the first Zales® Jewelers.
