Sunridge Mall is the largest shopping centre in North East Calgary. It offers friendly and convenient one-stop shopping with over 160 stores and services, including Canada's largest Sport Chek, The Bay, Zellers and World Health Club with Revive, an exclusively women's fitness area.

The mall's anchor tenant is T & T Supermarket, a supermarket chain based in Richmond. The complex also includes the Radisson hotel on its western side, a Fo Guang Shan-operated Buddhist temple on the top level, and various office suites above the second floor. On the second floor of the mall, there is a small food court. The Mall at Lawson Heights is a shopping centre located at the junction of Warman Road and Primrose Drive in north Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is anchored by Zellers, Safeway and London Drugs, and has almost 100 shops and services. The mall opened in the early 1980s during a period of rapid growth in the city's north end subdivisions. At the time, it had the first enclosed food court in Saskatoon, along with many independent and franchise chains. An extensive renovation in the early 1990s added another 40 stores, along with a new food court. It still contains its original bowling alley, as well as the city's largest movie theatre complex, the Famous Players Scotiabank Theatre Chinook formerly the Paramount, with 16 screens and an IMAX.
