Pennyman Specialty Tours was started in Atlanta Georgia in 1991 by Roger L. Pennyman, then director of marketing at the APEX Museum.

"High Country Tours snowmobile trips accommodate individuals of all ages and experience levels. Our machines are for single or double riders and have a 400 lb. weight limit. They have hand and feet warmers as well as back rests and compartments to carry items. Our fleet of machines consists mainly of Polaris 550cc snowmobiles. Holladay Tours began with a goal. Tom and Sharon Holladay wanted to share with others the travel experiences they had enjoyed in their personal travels. The Holladays recognized the merits of group travel. new adventures and new friends all at an affordable price! In 1990 they began to schedule group tours on a part time basis. It took some time to get the word out and the name circulated but they hung in there and didn’t give up. Each year business increased and in 1992 Holladay Tours was incorporated. Sharon joined him in the business in 1996 as a tour planner and tour escort.
