Founded by Denver residents Evan Mandell and Greg Hartley in 2005. After meeting in 1992 in Tampa, their friendship and love for motorcycling took them both to Colorado in search of the best riding roads in the country. Needless to say, they found their haven here. In their history they have logged tens of thousands of miles on many different motorcycles throughout the American West. Of course, they still needed to make a living in order to fund these initial adventures. We believe one of the greatest assets of Colorado Motorcycle Tours is the service-oriented minds of its owners. These skills were honed in the years prior to the creation of this company and will be quite apparent on the road and during the course of your vacation. Now both in their mid-thirties, they have the experience and skills to do the job well and the youthful enthusiasm to make it fun.
Evan has recently relocated to California with this lovely wife Karen. Colorado Motorcycle Tours will continue operating and offering great tours throughout the area this riding season, but we'll be enlisting the help of some friends that have helped us in the past. Come take a walking ghost tour through downtown Chattanooga, hearing tales (and maybe even getting pictures) of some of the city's TRUE hauntings! The tour begins at Walnut Street Bridge (downtown side), and proceeds at a leisurely pace to the Read House, home of the infamous Room 311 and its permanent inhabitant, Anna Lisa Netherly. Numerous stops occur along the way, where you will hear ghost stories and other entertaining tidbits about various sites.Weekend tours from March until fall begin Friday and Saturday nights at the Walnut Street Bridge at 8:15 pm, with fall tours beginning at 7:30 pm.

"Blue Sky Balloons operates FAA certified balloons by FAA certified pilots and has been providing hot air balloon rides in the Hudson Valley, NY for over 36 years with a perfect safety record. We fly from the heart of the Hudson valley and are near New York City, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. We offer gift certificates, private rides, and accommodate group bookings. More than half our flights are gifts or celebrations such as anniversaries, birthdays, or other special occasions such as engagement flights. A great family outdoor adventure. Flights are scheduled in the mornings just after sunrise and in the evenings just prior to sunset, We are located only a short drive from NYC and if necessary we can meet you at the metro-north train station. Scheduling is done on a first come, first served basis and so we suggest you schedule early, especially if you have a very specific date in mind. October is our busiest month and early scheduling is definitely necessary. "

Big Apple Greeter's office is staffed by 6 paid staff and about 35 volunteers who work in every aspect of the program, from answering visitors’ questions and matching visitors with Greeters, to computer tech support and special events. What might look easy to do on the surface (you submit a request and a volunteer meets you at your accommodation) actually takes a large infrastructure to support. We receive over 10,000 requests a year, and it takes a lot of people to make sure the right volunteer speaking the right language is meeting the right visitors at the right time and location. |

Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights, may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at each ride. For safety reasons, taking pictures, video taping or filming while on rides is prohibited.
