Rockefeller Center is a complex of 19 commercial buildings covering 22 acres in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The development was was conceived on the verge of the Great Depression, and Rockefeller financed the center personally, making it the largest private building project in modern history at the time.
The complex was designed by a team of architects and artists, who created a collection of buildings with a strong Art Deco aesthetic. The buildings are adorned with sculptures, mosaics, and murals that reflect the cultural and social influences of the time. The centerpiece of the complex is the 70-story Rockefeller Plaza, which was the world's tallest building when it was completed in 1933. Today, Rockefeller Center is one of the world's most famous tourist destinations and a vibrant commercial hub. It is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, as well as the famous ice rink and Christmas tree that are on display during the holiday season. The complex also includes the NBC Studios, where many popular television shows are filmed, and the Top of the Rock Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of the city. Rockefeller Center is a true representation of the people, and it is an architectural and cultural treasure of New York City. A balloon ride is an experience that you will never forget. There is nothing like floating on air in a hot air balloon. Aside from the occasional sound of the propane burners, it is very quiet. There is virtually no sensation of movement - just the pleasure of a magnificent 360 degree panoramic view that is constantly changing as you gently float along. The balloon itself is beautiful in size, shape, and colors. Every flight is unique and you will always remember your first one.

DDK Tours was established in 1985 by Charles L. Alphin Sr. when he was a sergeant in the St. Louis Police Department, as an educational and historical venture for all people. He was introduced to Kingian Nonviolence by Dr. Bernard LaFayette Jr. and received training at The King’s Centers Annual Summer Institute for Kingian Nonviolence. Realizing how misinformed he was concerning nonviolence and Dr. Martin L. King, Jr., he wanted to share this information with others, especially youth. Morristown National Historical Park is nationally significant as the site of the 1779-80 winter encampment of the Continental Army under General George Washington. Few places evoke the spirit of patriotism and independence, represent individual and collective sacrifice, or demonstrate the resolve, tenacity and determination of the people of the United States to be free as does Morristown. The historic landscapes, structures, objects, and archeological and natural resources at Morristown are tangible links to one of the most defining events in our nation's history. Here the Continental Army under Washington's leadership emerged as a cohesive and disciplined fighting force. The Morristown experience is fundamental to both American history, and remains a source of inspiration for Americans and the world.

Flying area offers incredible views of the Green Mountains of Vermont and the Adirondack Mountains of New York. The area has many small communities with rolling farmland making for great photo opportunities. There's also a good chance you'll see deer, hawks, cranes, or other wild life during your flight.
The foliage season for our area begins in early September. For a few weeks, nature puts on one of its most spectacular displays. Now just imagine viewing this transformation from above. Seeing the leaves changing color from the air is just amazing! September is also the month of the Adirondack Balloon Festival. Thousands of people each year show up to see 100 plus balloons fill up the autumn sky. Whatever month you decide to take a flight, you won't be disappointed with the view.
