At Identity Hair Salons and Spas. With strength training being a vital part of staying fit and strong, the Sports Club features a strength training circuit and free weight area with a staff of professional trainers available to guide Members through customized fitness and wellness plans. In addition, a combination of cardiovascular machines line the large glass windows overlooking the magnificent views. Each cardio machine features a 15 inch personal LCD tv screen, MP3 connection, and built-in virtual trainer, allowing Members the ability with their personal trainer to monitor their workouts and progress.
