Two years in the making from the shores of Greece to the shores of New York City, a new concept in baking, Artopolis. It is an Odyssey of confectionery, a tapestry of pastries, breads, cakes, tarts, pies, and creations of Mediterranean Delights that will take your tasting experience from the Alpha to the Omega.
Even more amazing is the fact that this idea materialized into two forty foot containers carrying a masterpiece in carpentry that now embraces the remises of 23-18 31st Street in Astroria, New York. The basic ingredient for this extraordinary venture is the passion for quality and excellence of the Artopolis group, proud natives of Kefalonia and Ithaca, Greece. They have spent a lifetime perfecting recipes from every corner of their homeland to bring authentic and traditional baked goods to those who seek the very best. Their search is over and the best is here at ARTOPOLIS!. |

The recipe has been part of the Rosen family for three generations. Since the beginning, only three men have supervised the cheesecake production at Junior's. Even today, to ensure quality and consistency of the cheescakes one man oversees the entire blending, mixing and baking process.
