Vergani é Bacharel em Turismo, Pós-Graduado em Administração de Empresas, Mestre em Turismo pela Universidade de São Paulo – Escola de Comunicação e Artes e Professor Universitário. Lecionou nas Universidades Anhembi - Morumbi, UNIP, UNIBAN, na Universidade de São Paulo (USP), como Professor convidado.
