Market Mall is one of the largest malls (by area) in Calgary, Alberta. It is located in Varsity, a suburban neighborhood in the City's northwest quadrant on Shaganappi Trail.
The latest expansion saw the addition of the South wing, an underground parkade, a larger food court, and a complete renovation of the existing centre. The new area has many new and more popular stores that in some cases are entirely new to Calgary. The centre utilizes a one level 'racetrack' layout, or figure eight. H&M Hennes & Mauritz selected Market Mall for its first Calgary store, which opened May 10, 2007.
