Greenville Mall was originally built as a strip center named Pitt Plaza. The center was enclosed in the 1980s as a response to construction of Carolina East Mall and named The Plaza. It was subsequently renamed Colonial Mall Greenville when purchased by Colonial Properties Trust. The purchase of the mall by GG&A in 2007 resulted in the name being changed to Greenville Mall. Karcher Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in the city of Nampa, Idaho, USA. The mall, which is believed to be the first enclosed shopping mall in Idaho, opened in 1965 and has been redeveloped several times since.
