West County Center is a shopping mall located in Des Peres, Missouri, originally built in 1969. The original mall closed in 2001, and a new mall on the site opened in 2002. From the mid 1990s-2007, the mall was known as Westfield (Shoppingtown) West County and was one of 7 St. Louis malls owned by the Australian mall company until CBL & Associates acquired 4 out of 5 Westfield St. Louis malls in October, 2007. Quaker Bridge Mall is a two-level, major shopping center located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, on U.S. Route 1 near Interstate 295. The mall opened in 1975, and has over 120 retail establishments. Owned by Kravco Simon, the mall's anchor stores include J.C. Penney, Lord & Taylor, Macy's, Old Navy and Sears. It is also the location of the transmitter for the New Jersey-based radio station WKXW-FM, better known as New Jersey 101.5.
To accommodate the upcoming expansion of the mall, the JCPenney department store is expected to close and relocate to the southern area of the mall (adjacent to Sears) with an expected open date of Fall 2009. Source

Hamilton Place Mall has also announced a $100 million expansion which will include two parking garages, a lifestyle center, and other renovations inside and outside the existing mall. To pay for the expansion, CBL proposes an additional half-percent to 1 percent fee added to any purchase made at the mall or at five other CBL centers within a one-mile radius of Hamilton Place, company officials said. Hickory Hollow Mall is a regional indoor shopping mall in Antioch, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville. The mall was originally built in 1978. In 1982, a JCPenney and several other stores were added.
